Demi Lovato went to rehab

i think it is sad that such a beautiful girl has issues such as the ones she is dealing with.if you dont know what im talking about,it is about how demi lovato went to rehab because she had been cutting herself and also has eating disorders.as women we need to love ourselves enough to stand in front of a mirror and just love the way we look even if we are not 105 pounds.so love the body you are in.embrace it for if you cannot love yourself then you cannot expect the rest of us to do so.after all they say charity begins at home.

i commend her for coming forward.i mean the first thing to do when you are dealing with a problem is to admit that you have one.so kudos to her for coming out about this.i know that sometimes life gets so hard and people do not know what to do and i think getting yourself into rehab is the best thing to do.it is certainly better than drinking or trying to commit suicide.so i respect her for getting help.

however at 18,what kind of problems does she have?she has a budding career and a family that loves her.she is touring the world and gets to spend time with her fans and her career is sorted in Disney and even if she wants to leave some day she is set for the future.which brings me back to the first paragraph.does she really hate her body so much?i watched America's next Top model the other day and she was the guest talking to the models and telling them she was bullied and called names and all that.the thing is now weeks later she has gone to rehab for the very thing she spoke positivity about?it confuses me and makes me wonder what she was talking about when she came on tyra.

in my opinion this has all been exacerbated by the joe jonas hookup with ashley greene.and i feel bad for her ,really i do and i get it would be hard to go on tour with them after he has clearly moved on but the thing is i thought they were friends(ladies note,this is why you can never date your best friend,it changes everything and definitely ruins the friendship forever). anyway i wish her a speedy recovery and if this is not a cry for help then i dont know what is.on the other hand im sure ashley greene is relieved because her boyfriend will be away from his ex and so she can sleep better at night.

so ladies,practise what you preach.if you have insecurities about your body,seek help and dont cut yourself.it's sad and people will have mixed feelings about it.just get help but more importantly,learn to love yourself.
